Free Review & Modification with EVERY order

We want our customer to have Peace of Mind when ordering from us. When placing your order, you will have the option to opt-in or Free Review & Modification, completely 100% free of charge. You will receive 1-3 photos of your stuffed animal.  You can have any changes made that you would like. We will send the photos directly to you by email or text message (depending on your selection). Please note this only applies to the Petagious Replica product line.


  • Once the photos are sent you have 72 hours to reply with any modifications you would like. After 72 hours it will be considered approved for shipping
  • Depending on the modifications requested, it may delay the anticipated delivery date by a few days.
  • Structural positions cannot be changed, that would be sit, stand, and lay.
  • If modifications are requested you will not receive the revised plush, we want this to be a special moment for you!

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final and cannot be returned, unless the mistake is ours.

If your Petagious purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of the date of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
