What is the difference between a Petagious Best Friend and a Petagious Replica?

Petagious Replica is just that. It is a highly detailed plush replica of your pet (learn more).

Petagious Best Friends were developed to resemble your pet in a more fun and inviting way (learn more).

What are Petagious plush products made of?

Petagious Replicas are made from premium latex fiber filling. Latex filling is used so it will always hold it’s true shape for several years. Just like a luxurious memory foam pillow. It is also mold and mildew resistant. The shell of the product consist of polyester and acrylic fibers.

Petagious Best Friends are made from hypoallergenic polyester filling. The shell of the product consist of polyester and acrylic fibers.

We only use the best materials available. Animal fur is NEVER used.

I have a latex allergy…

Although our latex is made from natural fibers. For your safety, if you have a latex allergy we advise you NOT to order the Petagious Replica. Our latex fibers are similar to what you would find in a high-quality memory foam pillow.

For your safety, our Petagious Best Friends are made in a different design studio and do not contain and do not come in contact with latex.

I am not to sure of the breed, can I still have a Petagious Replica made?

Absolutely. We only ask for the breed for a reference. Each product is made from the photos that are sent in. That is why it is so important to provide the best photos possible.

Can I wash my Petagious plush?

Due to the different methods that are used to create your Petagious plush, washing them may discolor and deform your product. We do not suggested washing your Petagious plush.

If there is an area that needs to be cleaned, we would suggest using warm water with mild soap and spot clean. Sensitive skin baby wipes work great.

How long does the process take?

Once your photos are received you can expect delivery within a few weeks.

Can I make modifications?

You sure can! We implemented this policy due to numerous request.

You can opt in to review your custom plush or opt out. During our quality check we will always review the fine details and make any modification as needed, prior to shipping.

Will my free preview take away the surprise?

For some it may. We give you the option to opt in the free preview and modification if needed.

If I made a modification do I get to see the finished product before shipping?

Sorry we want this to be a very special moment for you. If you made any modifications we will make sure they are followed closely with the information provided.

We still want your unboxing moment to be special! This is the special moment we strive for and want it to be special. We love to watch unboxing videos!

If I make a modification will it extend the production time?

This is very possible. It may extend the production time from 1-2 extra weeks depending on the current schedule. You will be updated once the modification request is sent in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept PayPal.

When am I charged for my order?

Due to the nature of the product and complexity of the development, you are charged at the time of purchase.

Does Petagious store my credit card information?

We do NOT store any credit card information. All orders are processed through an encrypted and secure processing company. We cannot access your credit card information.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We sure do! We offer PayPal Credit as a payment option. PayPal Credit provides 6-month with zero interest.

Is sales tax charged?

Yes. Sales tax is collected for any state that we are required to collect for.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! After you add the item to your cart you will be able to pick the country you would like your Petagious plush to be shipped to.

*We are not responsible for any duty taxes for importing of the product. This will be your responsibility.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped requiring a signature. We work closely with FedEx and USPS to provide you with the best shipping rates possible. Once your item is shipped you will be notified of the carrier with the tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the photos are received we immediately send your order into production. If an order was created by mistake, please contact us immediately. If the order was sent into production, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Where can I track my order?

All orders can be tracked by logging into your account. You will also be notified by email of any status update.

What is your return policy?
